General Application: Springfield Area

Proman Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as temporary workers. (Most of our roles are temp-to-hire, but occasionally we do have temporary-only work for 4+ weeks!) This is a general application for a variety of assignments across multiple industries, including manufacturing, warehouse, production, and light industrial roles. Assignments may vary in length and responsibilities based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and safely according to client instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company and client policies, including safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Adapt to different work environments and job duties as required.
• Regular attendance. (On time daily, and at your scheduled shifts!)

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed (specific requirements may vary by assignment).
• Must be able to attend your scheduled shifts on time and communicate any changes with your supervisor.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required, however many of our roles do require experience depending on the client and/or role assigned!
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
