Paraprofessional Position at Monett Elementary School

Monett R-1 School District is seeking applicants for paraprofessionals for the Monett Elementary school. This position is responsible for providing support in the instructional program by assisting individual students or small groups of students in a variety of subject areas for the 2026-2027 school year. Duties also include monitoring and reporting student behavior and performance, supervising students outside the classroom and other related duties as required/assigned.

Successful candidates will possess great communication skills, flexibility, patience, and most importantly, a genuine care for students.

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 60 college credit hours/obtain a substitute certificate or have successfully passed Frontline.
