Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.; Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post records, and sharing timely updates with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
