Responsibilities: What You'll Do Client Communication Answer incoming phone calls during business hours Schedule consultations for prospective clients using Acuity Scheduling Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for existing clients Conduct initial phone screenings to determine whether prospective clients may be a good fit for the firm Send appointment confirmations and reminders Deliver exceptional customer service to every caller Office Administration Manage attorney and firm calendars Monitor and organize shared email inboxes Pick up the firm's mail from the Pensacola office at least twice each week Sort, scan, upload, distribute, and securely shred incoming mail and documents Ensure time-sensitive correspondence is processed promptly and accurately Schedule Informal Conferences and other client meetings Book travel arrangements when needed Firm Support Update social media cover pages and other basic marketing materials Coordinate holiday cards and client appreciation mailings Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as the firm continues to grow Qualifications: Requirements Must reside in the Pensacola, Florida area Must be able to travel to the firm's Pensacola office at least twice per week to retrieve and process mail Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must have a quiet, professional home office free from distractions during working hours Must have reliable high-speed internet Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills **** Preferred Qualifications Military veteran or military spouse Experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional office environment Experience with Acuity Scheduling or similar scheduling software Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and administrative workflows Customer service or receptionist experience Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000

Compensation:
$40,000-$50,000 per year
