Your role as a leader in the store will be to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of the accounting functions at store level.Daily Operations Providing exceptional service to all clienteleBecoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on current policiesTraining team members on updated cashier policies while mentoring and coaching themMaintaining accounting functions at store level, including settling tills, preparing deposits, ensuring proper handling techniques, issuing tills to cashiers, monitoring cashiers, and answering the phoneAssisting in other areas as neededCompany Standards Communicating with the appropriate office management and staying educated and updated on all company policies and training proceduresMaintaining records that comply with all government regulations and company policiesEnsuring compliance with all company policies, including dress code and name tag enforcementPhysical Requirements Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently, and 10/20 lbs. constantly while moving and handling materials. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Ability to stand and move about various workstations. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects as needed.
