Warehouse Clerk

Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for a growing company in Springfield, Missouri. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and an opportunity to build your warehouse skills with a company that supports employee development and advancement.

Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Location: Springfield, MO

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will help ensure products and materials are received, stored, selected, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will use a Warehouse Management System and operate various types of warehouse equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials.
• Accurately select, pack, label, and palletize outgoing shipments.
• Sort and prepare less-than-truckload shipments.
• Use a Warehouse Management System to track inventory and process orders.
• Perform routine cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complete daily safety inspections and follow all company safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least two years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely lift and move various loads throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing frequent physical activity, including standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and cutting wire.
• Able and willing to work at heights and in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment physical testing.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
