Full-time Maintenance Technician - Starting pay $18.66 hourly
This position is responsible for ensuring that all property equipment is functioning, premises are maintained in pristine condition, and that all guest rooms are in good repair. You'll work with minimal supervision while performing essential duties including responding to guest requests, completing repairs from work orders, performing preventative maintenance inspections, and maintaining all property areas in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining fire safety equipment, managing tool inventory, performing out-of-room cleaning, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security policies including OSHA and ADA requirements.
